Chris will be presenting at the 2024 WALA Spring Conference, Leading to Win: Leading like the future depends on it! This session will be structured around our Pillars of Performance: People, Product, Process, and Plan. We will focus primarily on People and the L.E.G.A.C.Y leadership process. The attendees will be given real world scenarios to work through in small groups to illustrate the importance of the lessons contained within our leadership program. Attendees will be given tools that they can implement immediately to improve their own leadership skills and those of the team members around them.
