Nicole and Chris have known each other for 15 years and she is one of the most talented and thoughtful leaders in the post-acute care setting.
Nicole has more than 15 years of leadership experience in various areas of the post-acute care setting space. Having started her career by navigating specific roles in operations and business development, Nicole then channeled her success by organizing portfolio efforts at the enterprise level. This experience has tailored her ability to keenly identify and create growth strategies, build competitive team profiles, and optimize performance in operational, clinical, and business development disciplines. Focused on innovation and customer satisfaction at the resident, employee, and referral source levels, she is an experienced executive with a talent for analyzing competitive landscapes, conducting research, and aligning product offerings with customer requirements. These items then translate to performance improvement at the center level and within an organization to create improved NOI, increased census, and long-term staff retention. Nicole has had the privilege of speaking at industry conferences such as AHCA on innovation in healthcare. She has previously served in capacities such as Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Program Development, and Chief Development Officer for various organizations. Nicole has a Bachelors of Science in Education focused in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Georgia.
